Jag behövde hjälp att skala upp våra Tech rekrytering rejält och valde att jobba med Intrec Consulting i det arbetet under 1 års tid. Jag jobbade mest med Elnaz som var rak och tydlig i kommunikationen med oss på Matsmart och hon var också drivande i TA arbetet överlag. Elnaz var mycket uppskattad i mötet med potentiella och blivande rekryteringar.

Intrec consulting hade bra förståelse för de flesta av de roller vi behövde rekrytera och var tydliga med när de inte hade tillräckligt bra förståelse.
Vilka roller har vi samarbetat med samt hur upplevde ni resutatet av vår leverans?
Intrec consulting hjälpte till att rekrytera till följande roller: Frontend developer, Engineering Manager Frontend, Engineering Manager .Net, Data Engineer, .Net Developer, UX researcher, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer. Vi lyckades göra en rekrytering för alla roller utom Frontend developer och Engineering Manager .Net under tiden som Intrec hjälpte oss med rekryteringen.Tycker ni att Intrec Consulting ger bra råd och insikter i det som är viktigt för ert företag?
Jag tycker att vi fick bra råd vad som krävs för att kunna attrahera Tech talanger. Matsmart som jobbar med hållbarhet har ett väldigt starkt varumärke, men det som inte är lika känt är hur vi ligger i framkant med vår Tech plattform. Med Intrec's hjälp såg vi till att vässa vårt erbjudande och lyfta fram det som är bra med Matsmart och det gjorde såklart nytta i alla våra rekryteringar.Skulle ni i framtiden tänka er att samarbeta med Intrec Consulting igen?

What went well?
Everything in the process working with Intrec and Josefin was great, my favorite bit however is the recruiter & sourser skills and excellent communication skills both with the client (us) and with the candidates. Intrec provided extraordinary candidate experience even in times when Spire made difficult decisions, and due to this they had to reject many good candidates in the pipeline. Josefin at Intrec was always on the top of things, and the the pipeline she built was full of strong and suitable candidates. We also had successful hires thanks to Intrec. Josefin at Intrec is the most efficient Recruiter I worked with and I hope I will work with her again.
Where can we improve?
IMO nothing can be improved, as the service at Intrec Consulting is 5* already.
